Open classes are available for adults of all ages. Classes are offered on a drop-in basis and are taught by CBJ’s dance professionals.
Whether you’re looking to continue refining your dance technique or looking for a chance to stay active while at home, this is the perfect way to keep the beauty of ballet in your life in a fun and friendly class. We will take you through a 45 minute barre with some centre practice, focusing on honing strength, flexibility, and rhythm. Each class will conclude with an optional 15 minutes of body conditioning to increase your strength for ballet technique. The class is open to adults from all experience levels, but we suggest a minimum of about one year of previous dance experience.
