Virtual Ballet, Coaching, Pointe and Stretch & Strength Classes
A CBJ Company dancer will teach a class via Zoom, personally designed to best fit your students’ virtual training needs! Classes can take the form of atraditional ballet class or choose to focus on perfecting and strengthening specific elements in a Coaching class. All of our artist teachers aim to share their incredible wealth of expertise and experiential knowledge from theircareer. This virtual training is a wonderful opportunity for students to be inspired anew and delve deeper into their training!
This program is for ages 8 and up, and generally grouped in the following ages/levels: ages 8-11, ages 12-14 & ages
15 and up. We are happy to adjust these levels to best suit your school and students.
Repertoire Class
What is it like to become ‘Anne’ or ‘Cinderella’ or ‘Von Rothbart’? Students will have the opportunity to learn all of the intricacies involved in learning repertoire in the context of a full ballet – an important skill in becoming a
dancer! The CBJ dancers will take the students through the paces of learning choreography, applying musicality, personality and precision to their role – thus learning about the trade of working as a dancer and telling a story with movement.
This program is for ages 12 and up, and generally grouped in the following ages/levels:
ages 12-14 & ages 15 and up. We are happy to adjust these levels to best suit your school and students.
Looking for a class in another genre? We have a diverse faculty available to teach classes in Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and more. We will help you schedule the perfect class for your students.
We recommend scheduling a 1.25-1.5hr ballet class followed by a 30-45 minute repertoire class and we are happy to add Q&A sessions, too. Any class can also stand alone. Fees are approximately $114/hour +HST/GST.

“Ballet Jörgen’s virtual ballet intensive was an amazing experience and opportunity for me to grow and improve as a dancer! The staff and faculty were absolutely brilliant, making sure we all understood the technique behind the movement and setting individual goals for each of us! We were taught fun and intricate pieces of repertoire to challenge and improve our story telling through dance, teaching the importance behind purposeful movement. Ballet Jörgen’s virtual ballet intensive was the highlight of my summer!”
