Audition Program Options

George Brown Dance:

P101 – Dance Performance Preparation

P105 – Dance Performance: Classical Ballet & Contemporary

P106 – Commercial Dance: Jazz & Hip Hop

Canada’s Ballet Jörgen:

Summer IV – Summer intensive for 16+

JC- Junior Company for 18+

What to bring: You need to bring a headshot and dance resume to the audition. Please hand them in at registration.

*If you are auditioning for Ballet Jörgen’s Summer Intensive IV, Junior Company or Canada’s Ballet Jörgen you will also need to submit a dance photograph.

*If you are auditioning for any of the George Brown Dance Programs, you will also need to submit a one-page essay outlining why you wish to join the program.

*If you are auditioning for P106 you must prepare a Jazz or Hip Hop solo to be performed during the interview.

Fees:

$60 Fee for GBD Audition

Please note, if you are paying day of only exact cash or cheque will be accepted and the audition fee for GBD will be $65. If you pay online, please bring proof of payment to the audition.

There is no charge for Summer Intensive, Junior Company or Company Auditions.
