Chloe Dockendorff Junior Company Member

Chloe grew up in Prince Edward Island dancing at Island Dance Academy. She was inspired to pursue ballet professionally after getting the opportunity to perform as a local participant with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen, and has performed in five Ballet Jörgen productions. Moving away from home, she trained at the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts’s pre-professional program in Halifax, where she performed the title roles in their productions of Alice the Ballet and Cinderella. She is an alumni of the Alberta Ballet School’s professional post-graduate program, during which time she danced in excerpts of Paquita and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and performed a soloist role in the new work Pandemic Diaries. Chloe was thrilled to sign her first professional contract with the Virginia National Ballet, and danced corps de ballet and soloist roles in their productions of The Nutcracker, Aladdin, and The Four Seasons. Alongside her love of dance, she has a passion for movement education, and is a Stott Pilates certified instructor and a ballet instructor. She is grateful to have received the PEI Arts Council Professional Development Grant to join Ballet Jörgen’s Junior Company for the second summer in a row!
