Kendra began dancing at age 3 and fell in love with it instantly. She has partaken in many genres of dance including ballet, modern, contemporary, tap, acro, hip-hop, and jazz, with ballet being her main passion. She danced at The Canadian School of Ballet for 6 years and was in The Canadian School of Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker in association with Ballet Kelowna. Kendra has had the privileged to be part of one of Ballet Kelowna’s works from their 2016/17 season, Canadiana Suite and to have competed in the BC Performing Arts Provincial Festival for 3 consecutive years. Kendra has attended many summer programs included Canada’s Ballet Jörgen’s Summer Dance Academy, the Okanogan Summer Dance Intensive, The Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, as well as a number of international programs including The American Academy of Ballet in New York City, The Boston Ballet School, and Elmhurst in Birmingham England. Kendra is a recent graduate of George Brown College’s P105 Dance Performance Program’s class of 2019.
